E.coli O157 & Haemolytic Uraemic Syndrome

UKHSA fail again to respond to FOIA correspondence within 20 working days, this time to carry out an internal review or their reasons for any possible delay.

5th November 2024

This Freedom of information request is in relation to the publication date for an outbreak report of E.coli O157 in 2022, where there was 259 reported cases from consuming salad products.

UKHSA refs: 13/09/24/JS/353 & 01/07/24/JS/188 Case Reference: IC-327033-H4W8

To whom it may concern at Information Rights  InformationRights@ukhsa.gov.uk or Enquiries Enquiries@ukhsa.gov.uk

Further to my request for an internal review of 03/10/2024 to Information Rights, I have not received a reply nor a notification that the internal review would take longer than 20 working days as suggested in the UKHSA receipt of 03/10/2024 below. I therefore will be complaining to the ICO about this as well as, I believe, breaches of the FOIA 2000 etc previously during this process by the UKHSA.
