HUSH response to the FSA consultation on Raw - Unpasteurised 29-04-2014

17th May 2014

HUSH has responded to the Food Standards Agency [FSA] Consultation on Raw/Unpasteurised Milk. Our response can be found in Consultations/Documents on our home page.

We would like to thank all those non members who voted in favour of a ban of this product. Whilst the charity has no wish to stop personal choice or freedom, the charity has members who have suffered from drinking raw milk and products made from raw milk.

Raw milk and products made from it have scientifically been proven to cause serious illness, whilst the supposed health benefits of such a product and its by products have never been scientifically proven.
